Introduction

Hi, I’m Grace Richard, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have experience working with children, teens, and adults, as well as supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges — both big and small. My clinical background includes working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood regulation, disordered eating, low self-esteem, interpersonal struggles, trauma and attachment-based issues. I also have experience providing family therapy. I’m passionate about helping people strengthen their relationships and build healthier emotional connections. I’m a certified Nurtured Heart Approach® trainer, certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),EAGALA certified, and have received specialized training in Attachment-Based Family Therapy. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that every person is unique — so I focus on meeting clients exactly where they are and working collaboratively to find the model of care that best fits their needs. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Scranton and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University. No matter where you are in your journey, you deserve support that’s compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to you. I’m here to walk alongside you.
