I am particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. I also support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the everyday stressors that can make life feel overwhelming. My preferred clientele includes adolescents through adults (ages 12 and up), and I strive to create a space that feels affirming, inclusive, and safe for all identities. My approach to therapy is flexible and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as ACT, CBT, DBT, humanistic, somatic, and EFT. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I meet clients where they are, honor their lived experiences, and work alongside them to discover what feels most supportive and effective. At the heart of my work is the belief that mental health struggles are part of being human and don’t mean something is “wrong” with you. Life can feel heavy, and having support can make a real difference. Seeking help is courageous. I’m honored to walk alongside clients as they process challenges, build skills, and create meaningful, authentic change.
