Introduction

I'm a systemic therapist passionate about helping teenagers, couples, and families navigate complex relational dynamics with compassion and clarity. As an LGBTQIA+-identifying clinician, I bring authentic understanding to questions of identity, sexuality, and belonging. I specialize in anxiety disorders including OCD, religious trauma, attachment patterns, and the full spectrum of life transitions—from coming out to divorce to blended family challenges. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and family systems work, tailored to what resonates with you. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from teenagers through elders, and I'm committed to making therapy accessible through affordable sliding-scale fees. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're looking for a therapist who gets it—who honors your identity, your faith questions, and your relational complexity—I'd welcome the chance to work together.
