Introduction

Welcome! I started Grace Collective Counseling to meet the needs of Christians who are tired of mental health struggles, relationship issues, trauma and ongoing suffering. This is NOT of God. “God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind,” 2 Timothy 1:7. I did not find true freedom until I held my symptoms against the truth of God. For 15 years, I served as a spiritual life coach and was then called into mental health counseling. My approach combines both coaching and clinical therapy for maximum benefits. This means specialized attention to my clients with availability to call, text and email between sessions. Concerns: Trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, substance use and recovery, relationship struggles, childhood wounds, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, unhealthy attachment, grief, boundaries, spiritual struggles, and life transitions.
