Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make the process feel approachable, collaborative, and creatively tailored to you. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who supports children, teens, young adults, adults, and families navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationships, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, ADHD, autism, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, which means we’ll work together to shape therapy around your needs rather than follow a one-size-fits-all formula. I blend talk therapy strategies like cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy with mindfulness, creative expression, and body-based tools to help you explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and physical experiences while discovering skills and possibilities that feel supportive in your everyday life. Movement and creativity are always optional—you never need to be a dancer or express yourself in any particular way. From our first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where there is room for curiosity, honesty, creativity, agency, and choice as we take time to get to know each other, explore what matters most to you, and begin co-creating goals at a pace that fits your needs, strengths, and everyday rhythms.
