Introduction

Firstly, I would like to honor your courage in reaching out for help. I work with adults navigating difficult challenges in their lives. I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, (re)finding meaning and purpose, and substance abuse, among other things. I use various approaches, such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, but I place the therapeutic relationship above all. That means that I believe warm, safe, and meaningful connection is the foundation for emotional growth in therapy and in life. I look forward to meeting you and working toward your wellness with you. In addition to a typical once per week or once every other week, I offer high frequency therapy (2-5 sessions per week). This approach allows my clients to really sink into the experience of therapy, allowing for much greater depth in our work together. Due to financial realities of having therapy at a high frequency, I adjust my fees to accommodate.
