Introduction

Your anxious feelings may threaten to overwhelm you, like they are taking over your life and lead you to wonder: "What's wrong with me?" or "How did I get so broken." And while you may assume that no one else knows what it's like to go through life with constant racing thoughts and feeling like danger is around every corner, anxiety is the most common mental health diagnosis in America - meaning it's more prevalent that you think. And the good news is that it is more treatable than you think as well. My specialty is helping clients with high anxiety calm their overactive nervous system and equip them with tools to help them handle and disarm the overacting brain and body which are stuck in high-gear. Along with racing thoughts, anxiety manifests in muscle tension, headaches, stomachaches, worst-case scenario planning, tightness in chest, shortness of breath, insomnia, and difficulty concentrating or focusing. Many of these symptoms begin to reside as your brain and body begin to recover a felt sense of safety - which is one of the goals I have when working with anxious clients. If you are ready to trade fear for freedom and worry for peace of mind, reach out and schedule a free 15-minute consult. I'd love to meet you - we can get a feel for what working together might be like and you can decide from there if you'd like to move forward. My rates are super reasonable - you can find out more about my rates, availability, location, and background on my website www.grahamwarrencounseling.com
