Introduction

If you’re dealing with ADHD, you may feel stuck in cycles of procrastination, overwhelm, or frustration—knowing what you want to do, but struggling to follow through. I work with teens, young adults, and adults with ADHD to build practical skills for focus, organization, emotional regulation, and follow-through. Many of the people I work with also experience anxiety, stress, depression, or past experiences that continue to impact their day-to-day life. Our work focuses on developing real, usable strategies while also understanding the patterns that keep things feeling stuck—so you can feel more consistent, confident, and in control. I offer virtual therapy for clients in Texas, Tennessee, and Ontario. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, you’re welcome to reach out to schedule a consultation.
