Introduction

Hello and welcome! Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about my practice! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Master’s of Social Work in 2018. After completing my education, I moved back to the Pacific Northwest with my spouse and I have been working in various mental health roles in Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon ever since. My role as a social worker has included a diverse range of mental health settings. I have worked with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and people experiencing homelessness. My main focus at this time is supporting adults and teens through life’s transitions (graduating, new careers, changes in family structures, etc.) and navigating difficult emotions and physical symptoms related to trauma. I also believe community is foundational to healing and hope to explore how we can strengthen and grow your support system. In my free time I enjoy cooking, spending time with my spouse and our pets, and exploring the outdoors in the PNW.
