I enjoy working with university students and men struggling with balancing being dads and partners. I enjoy helping anyone willing to take a few moments to try an experiment with their thoughts and behavior, or try something new. I am passionate about climate change and helping people who worry about our future. I like helping people who want to make a change in their lives. If you want to feel better about anxiety, depression, or any other mental health issue, I will work with you to start a journey designed for you, to help identify how you can have the life you find to be worth living. I provide two types of counseling, blended to create therapeutic conversations with Greg. I offer Acceptance and Commitment Therapy alongside Solution-Focused Therapy. Essentially, I want to work with you to figure out how we can both navigate a path towards the life you want to live, managing symptoms in a way that does not get in the way of what you want. I look forward to meeting and working with you to help guide you through the concerns you have. Whether you experience symptoms of sadness, worry, or difficulty in relationships, I am eager to meet and partner with you on your healing journey.
