I’m a mom of three and I love living the small town rural life with my husband and kids. I love getting lost in a good book, all things sports, and trying (with mixed success) to develop a green thumb. I appreciate humor in all its forms, and it takes quite a bit to offend me. My own experiences with motherhood, both the blessings and the harder moments, have shaped the heart behind my work. Motherhood is beautiful but it is hard. You can deeply love your baby and still feel exhausted, disconnected, or like you’re barely staying afloat. Whether you’re simply trying to survive or hoping to truly thrive in this new chapter, we can walk through it together with grace, support, and care. As a former school counselor and current coach, I am also passionate about walking alongside children and teens as they navigate life’s challenges. Growing up isn’t always easy—learning to understand emotions, build meaningful relationships, and develop a strong sense of self takes time. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where kids and teens can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Using developmentally appropriate techniques, I create opportunities for children/teens to express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. My approach is client-centered at its core. I believe your story, your values, and your goals should guide the process. Therapy is a collaborative experience, and feeling safe, respected, and understood matters. My work is not just about easing immediate struggles, but about helping you or your child build resilience, self-awareness, and a stronger sense of emotional well-being over time.
