I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my MSW from UC Berkeley and have worked in community mental health and outpatient settings supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, grief, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in CBT, DBT, and person-centered care. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals to feel more connected to themselves, their relationships, and their community. In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we focus on getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any concerns you may have about the process. We’ll talk through your goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you—there’s no pressure to share everything right away. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and a bit more grounded. Together, we’ll begin identifying areas you’d like to work on and start building a plan that supports your emotional well-being, growth, and sense of balance.
