I am a trauma-focused therapist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families navigating the impact of trauma. With a Master’s in Community & Trauma Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University and National Certified Counselor (NCC) credentials, I bring a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and psychotherapy techniques to my practice. My experience includes working with children, military personnel, individuals in recovery, and families through individual and group therapy sessions, integrating trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), play therapy, and other evidence-based modalities. I have provided care in outpatient, school-based, PHP/IOP settings, and crisis settings, emphasizing resilience-building and emotional regulation techniques. In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about holistic wellness, including the mind-body connection, and often incorporate mindfulness and grounding strategies into therapy. My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and tailored to each individual’s unique healing journey. I welcome individuals seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity/sexuality growth, and relational challenges. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where healing and empowerment can thrive.
