Introduction

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, and stress. I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and other evidence-based approaches that help individuals heal from traumatic experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and move forward with confidence. I have a special interest in working with trauma survivors, veterans, first responders, and individuals experiencing the lasting effects of childhood trauma. For couples, I integrate Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques to help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and navigate conflict in healthier, more meaningful ways. In addition to traditional office and telehealth sessions, I also offer Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, an experiential approach incorporating horses that can be especially meaningful for individuals working through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, attachment styles and emotional healing. Because every person and every relationship is unique, I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create a personalized path toward healing, resilience, and lasting change. Whether you’re facing a difficult season, healing from the past, or simply seeking a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment, you don’t have to face it alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, hope, and a more meaningful life.
