Introduction

I am a licensed clinical social worker working with adolescents, adults, and parents. I believe every person is multifaceted. Your unique story, your strengths, and your goals matter to me. Success, to me, is when my clients feel listened to, understood, and like I’ve helped them live the life they desire. I have 14 years of experience in the mental health field. During that time, I’ve learned to speak the language of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as the languages of mindfulness, the body, and relationships. Together, we will find a therapeutic approach that resonates with you. My areas of strength include: Emotions - Understanding them, learning how to safely experience and express them, and developing effective coping skills for managing them. Depression & Self-Esteem Challenges - Coming out of the fog and feeling vital again. Building self-efficacy, confidence, and self-worth. Anxiety - There are a lot of reasons to feel uncertain and afraid right now, but those feelings don’t have to control your life. Trauma/Grief - Looking to unravel experiences of shame, grief, or trauma? You can feel empowered and hopeful again. We will move at your pace. Joy & Pleasure - Therapy isn't just coping with negative emotions. Sometimes, making space for positive feelings and experiences is the best medicine. Gender Affirming Surgery Letters - I’ve completed WPATH Training and worked in a Gender Clinic. I know my way around a surgery letter and would be honored to help you access the care you need. Movement & Body-Based Therapy - Curious to explore the world beyond talk therapy? Already have a movement therapy practice and want to work with a therapist who gets it? The intersection of the body and mind has been a cornerstone of my therapeutic approach since the beginning of my career. Relationships - While I’m not a couples or family therapist, I do work with individuals who are seeking therapy as a result of struggles in their relationships (romantic, friendship, or family).
