Introduction

Reaching out to a therapist feels like the first time in a bathing suit after a long winter on the couch. Yes, it's scary, but it can also be transformative. Whatever your reason for looking into therapy, I’m glad you’re here. Therapy does not require a large time investment; duration depends on your needs. Most clients notice increased self-awareness, better coping skills, and clearer thinking after a few sessions. Therapy is an investment in you that can significantly change your relationship with yourself. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and strength-based. As a therapist, I am warm, open, encouraging, and direct. My main goal is to help clients use therapy to gain insight and coping skills so they can think, feel, and behave in ways that feel genuine and authentic to them. The biggest healing factor in therapy is the relationship you have with your therapist! Because this relationship is so important, I offer 15-minute free consultations, either in person, by phone, or via telehealth, designed as a sort of interview for both of us. Rates are $150 per 53-minute session for individuals and $185 per 53-minute session for couples. Clients are responsible for contacting their insurance company and knowing their deductible and copay. Payment and copays are due at each session by credit card or HSA/Flex spending account. I accept UHC, UMR, BCBS, Optum and private pay. If I do not accept your insurance, you can ask if your plan provides reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
