Introduction

Life is full of transitions, challenges, and moments that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or lost. Perhaps you're navigating the competing demands of work, family, and relationships; carrying the weight of past experiences, longing for more meaning, clarity, or connection. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. I offer a warm, holistic approach to therapy for teens and adults that honors your whole self: mind, body, and spirit. Sessions may weave together traditional talk therapy, somatic work, art, music, spirituality, and energy healing, all tailored to your unique needs and pace because no two people, or journeys, are the same. My background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, combined with lived experience as a daughter of immigrants, mother of three, and member of the sandwich generation, shapes the deep empathy I bring to every session. I'm fluent in English and Hebrew and bring a culturally sensitive lens to my work which has been enriched by years of living overseas and working with people from a wide range of backgrounds. Together, we'll work to uncover the insight and resilience already within you, building real tools to help you cope, grow, and thrive. Healing comes from within — my role is to walk alongside you, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your inner world and reconnect with your most authentic self.
