I work with adolescents and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and the effects of complex or destabilizing experiences. Many of the individuals I see struggle to articulate what they’re feeling, or find themselves caught in patterns that feel overwhelming or difficult to shift. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed framework, with an emphasis on helping clients develop greater emotional clarity, internal stability, and a more coherent sense of self. I also work with those navigating identity development, religious and faith-related struggles, and the interpersonal challenges that often arise during these years. I approach therapy as a collaborative and attuned process. My goal is to create a space that feels steady, thoughtful, and genuinely responsive to each client, while also working in partnership with parents and families to support meaningful, lasting change.
