Introduction

Navigating relationships can be deeply rewarding, but also incredibly painful, especially when patterns from the past keep showing up in the present. Whether you're feeling disconnected in your marriage, struggling to communicate your needs, or working through the lasting impact of being raised by emotionally immature parents, you're not alone. I specialize in helping individuals and couples understand their relational dynamics, set healthy boundaries, and heal from the emotional wounds that often trace back to early experiences. Many of my clients are adult children of emotionally unavailable or reactive parents, now working to break free from people-pleasing, self-doubt, and cycles of emotional disconnection. In our work together, you'll find a compassionate, grounded space to process, grow, and learn how to show up more fully for yourself and your relationships. My approach blends evidence-based practices like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and psychodynamic approaches to support lasting, meaningful change. You don’t have to keep repeating the same patterns. Healing is possible and I’d be honored to support you on your path forward.
