I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, where I specialized in trauma studies. Under the supervision of Jason Murphy, I draw from DBT, CBT, ACT, somatic modalities, and mindfulness-based practices, weaving them together in an integrative way that honors each person’s unique needs. As both a therapist and an artist, I value the healing potential of creative expression and enjoy incorporating art therapy techniques when it aligns with a client’s needs and goals. I feel especially connected to working with women, LGBTQAI+ individuals, and those living with chronic illness, though I welcome anyone who is seeking change and clarity. I recognize that starting therapy takes courage, and I’m honored to support you at whatever pace feels right. My hope is to offer a therapeutic space that feels warm, gentle, collaborative, and deeply human—one where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow
