Are you doing the best you can—and it still feels like something’s off? Maybe your child is overwhelmed or anxious. Maybe your teen is struggling with perfectionism or friendships. Or maybe you're a young adult trying to manage big feelings, transitions, or just the pressure of figuring life out. If any of that sounds familiar, you're not alone. I'm Haileigh—and alongside my therapy dog Zoey—we support kids, teens, young adults, and parents through the tough stuff. We’re a team! Zoey brings calm, connection, and just the right amount of joy into the therapy space, helping clients feel safe and grounded. At Zoey’s Friends, we work with anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, social/family dynamics, boundaries, life transitions, and more. For kids and teens, I integrate play, creativity, and conversation to meet them where they are developmentally. For young adults and parents, our work is collaborative, down-to-earth, and always respectful of your experience. You won’t get a cold, clinical feel here. Therapy is a space to show up as you are. I use a blend of approaches focused on connection, confidence, and growth—always tailored to you. Whether we’re talking, playing, or sitting quietly with Zoey, we’ll move at your pace. If you're ready for something to feel different, let's talk. We will be here when you are!
