Introduction

Hailey (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) experienced in working in behavioral health with individuals of all ages. Hailey is passionate about providing trauma-informed, person-centered care tailored to each client's unique life experiences. She most often utilizes Polyvagal Theory, neurofeedback, and EMDR through an IFS framework, but enjoys collaborating with clients to find the best individualized approach. Hailey utilizes her training in infant and early childhood mental health to provide specialized care on attachment issues and the family system. She is passionate about providing treatment approaches that integrate neuroscience and modern mental health techniques with traditional talk therapy to help heal trauma at the root. Hailey views humans as relational beings, and therefore prioritizes the therapeutic relationship between counselor and client. She strives to be her authentic self in all spaces and provide a safe and supportive environment for curiosity, exploration, reflection, and growth.
