Starting therapy is a brave and powerful step—one that deserves to be met with compassion, understanding, and care. I want you to know that you are welcome here, just as you are. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported as you explore whatever brings you to therapy. Whether you're carrying the weight of past experiences, navigating uncertainty, longing for something to shift, or simply seeking connection, support, and guidance, I’m here to walk alongside you. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—this is a space for healing, growth, and hope. I am happy to support clients who are experiencing all phases of life, but I specialize in working with teens and adults who experience symptoms of ADHD, those who have experienced trauma, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I have extensive experience working with children and adults with Autism, as well as working to support their parents/caregivers. I work to support couples (monogamous + polyamorous) who may be navigating relational concerns, seeking improvement in their relationship, or are seeking therapy as a means of maintaining a healthy relationship and growing their support of each other; improving communication skills, facilitating mediation, and working to identify and set mutual goals.
