My journey into Marriage and Family Therapy began long before I entered the classroom. For nearly 20 years, I navigated the unique landscape of military life as the spouse of a veteran. That experience—combined with the profound personal journey of raising five children, including the loss of one—gave me a firsthand understanding of resilience, grief, and the complex beauty of family bonds.
