Introduction

Hello, and welcome. I’m a licensed therapist with over ten years of experience helping individuals and families heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and deeply respectful of each person’s background, faith, and life story. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies including Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Clinical Hypnosis to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to help you find calm, strength, and meaning — not just to cope, but to truly heal and grow. I work with individuals from all backgrounds, but many of my clients are Arabic speakers, Muslims, and refugees who seek culturally and spiritually sensitive therapy. I provide a welcoming space for anyone looking for support with trauma, stress, or emotional healing. Together, we can work toward greater peace, balance, and emotional resilience.
