Introduction

Whether you're navigating the pain of betrayal, feeling disconnected in your relationship, or working to heal from the lasting effects of trauma, you don't have to face it alone. I'm passionate about creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported as we work toward the life and relationships you want. I specialize in working with couples, teens, and adults healing from complex trauma. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and the belief that healing happens through safe, authentic connection. Together, we'll slow down, explore the patterns that have shaped your experiences, and build new ways of relating to yourself and to the people you care about. As a therapist trained in EMDR, I integrate attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches to help clients process painful experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion. My goal is never to "fix" you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to make my practice a warm, affirming, and inclusive space for people of all identities, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. Wherever you are in your journey, you'll be met with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step, and I'm honored each time someone trusts me with their story. If you think we might be a good fit, I'd love to connect and answer any questions you may have.
