Introduction

I believe that understanding the whole family system is key to meaningful change, regardless of age. As a social worker, I work with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults to process past experiences that shape current struggles while addressing the concerns affecting your daily life today. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and Autism Spectrum Disorder—I'm a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist—and I also support people navigating ADD/ADHD and grief. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and family work to help you think differently about your situation. I'm non-judgmental and genuinely curious, though I'll gently challenge you when it serves your growth. My core belief is this: your story doesn't define you—it empowers you. I want you to feel truly seen and heard. I offer individual, family, and coaching sessions via telehealth or in-person, accept multiple insurance plans, and am currently accepting new clients.
