I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for guiding individuals, couples, and families towards positive transformations. With over 10 years of experience, I've had the privilege of walking alongside my clients on their unique journeys of healing and growth. I welcome individuals and couples of all stages, ages, and orientations. My goal is to help you navigate challenges such as communication barriers, life transitions, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and more. I will focus on helping you explore personal challenges, gain insight, and develop strategies for growth and change. Our sessions provide a supportive environment where we can work to resolve conflicts, rebuild trust, and work towards more fulfilling relationships. I will work with you to foster self-awareness, resilience, and and empowerment. I believe that every individual possesses the strength and inner resources to overcome life's challenges.
