Introduction

Hi, I'm Haley. I provide relational, trauma-informed support to individuals (18+) and couples. It would be a privilege to join you in this journey as you restore hope and healing. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Specialties: Couples Counseling & Marriage Therapy: Using principles from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I assist couples with exploring and understanding the role of emotions and emotion regulation strategies in the context of individual and relational functioning. EFT is an experiential process that draws upon principles from attachment science and other humanistic approaches. Couples attend therapy for a variety of reasons, with goals including: Increased understanding of partner differences, increased ability to navigate areas of conflict, increased ability to engage in repair conversations regarding attachment wounds, increased ability to address underlying attachment needs and fears, and increased feelings of security and trust within the relationship. *Note: New Embers Counseling does not accept insurance for couples counseling or marriage therapy.
