I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and other adverse experiences. I believe in a holistic approach where we not only focus on the things you struggle with, but on moving forward and living a life full of meaningful experiences and relationships. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and utilize EMDR and talk therapy to support you in moving from a state of distress to being more present for the most important moments in your life.
