Introduction

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I was clinically trained at Simmons University in Boston, MA where I obtained my graduate degree in Social Work. I am trained and licensed to provide psychotherapy and social work services. I have also completed post-masters basic training in EMDR therapy through Trauma Therapist Institute, which has been an incredibly powerful treatment modality within my work. I specialize in helping people process and find healing from trauma and some of the most difficult memories and moments within their lives. I have extensive experience working in community based and hospital settings, and have spent much of my career honing my skills with adolescents and adults across the lifespan. I strive to use my expertise to help others find healing from childhood and relationship trauma, and present stressors to improve their quality of life and relationships with others. I am also passionate about helping equestrians master the challenges they experience with their equine partners. As a lifelong equestrian and clinically trained psychotherapist, I am in the unique position to both expertly understand the psychological stressors, anxieties and fears you may experience in and out of the saddle while also having first hand experience and knowledge of the equine world. I encourage you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation so we can explore the next steps in your healing journey together.
