Asking for help can be overwhelming, I'm happy you're here. I have immediate openings and enjoy helping teens, young adults, and adults utilize their strengths to navigate life’s challenges and work toward greater self-understanding and emotional well-being. My areas of focus include anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress management, and grief and loss. My therapeutic approach is holistic, recognizing the connection between emotional, physical, and relational well-being. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic approaches to help clients understand patterns of thinking and behavior, and develop effective coping strategies. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers, but about developing the insight, skills, and self-compassion needed to navigate life and develop a deeper relationship with yourself.
