Introduction

I am a Licensed Psychologist located in Wexford, Pennsylvania. I have over 7 years of experience supporting clients with a variety of mental health concerns. I take an integrative, culturally informed approach in therapy, consisting of relational, cultural, client-centered, sex-positive, and positive psychology theories. I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges and distress in their lives by providing a space where clients can gain a better connection to themselves and others. I also support those who are navigating their experiences and beliefs around sexual health, sexuality, and physical/emotional intimacy. As a multiracial, Latina-White therapist, I also have interest and experience working with individuals navigating different cultures, as well as first-generation college students and individuals within the LGBTQIA+ and Latinx communities. Telehealth services are available in all PSYPACT states (psypact.org). Telehealth services outside of Pennsylvania are self-pay only.
