I have over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents and families in a variety of clinical settings. I began my career in schools working primarily with individuals on the autism spectrum, and later transitioned to the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative as an in-home therapist supporting adolescents and young adults within their families and communities. My passion for clinical therapy eventually led me to outpatient work in a group practice setting for several years, before taking the leap and opening 110 Wellness & Counseling in 2023. While I continue to enjoy working with families, I especially enjoy supporting young adults and adults as they navigate life transitions such as entering college, adjusting to the workforce, and the changes that come with parenting. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I also offer clinical supervision for MSW students and LCSWs pursuing independent licensure in Massachusetts. My supervision style focuses on developing clinical confidence, strengthening case conceptualization, and supporting thoughtful, ethical practice. I aim to create a collaborative and supportive space where clinicians can deepen their clinical skills while growing into their professional identity. The inspiration for the name 110 Wellness & Counseling comes from my family's farm — house #110 — where I experienced the power of healing, hope, and connection through the outdoors and my love of animals. My hope is that the space I have created can offer a similar sense of safety and support as you work toward greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and personal growth.
