You may be seeking support around identity, relationships, anxiety, depression, sexuality, addictions/compulsions, life transitions, self-esteem, or any number of stressors. Perhaps you have experienced or witnessed something traumatic, or maybe you’re grieving. Maybe you can’t exactly name why you’re seeking help. No matter your biography, I welcome all parts of you. I am attuned to the nuances of diaspora cultural identities, and I view the world through an intersectional, de-colonial, anti-racist, and feminist lens. I am warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I’ve worked in community advocacy, education, and arts for over 15 years, including seven years of professional experience as a mental health counselor. I’m passionate about holistic care that supports healing of the body, mind, spirit, community and environment. I’d be honored to work with and for you.
