I work with children, adolescents, and young adults often navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, substance use, and more. My clients are often looking to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and feel more confident managing life's challenges. Together, we explore the experiences that have shaped them, build on their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting change in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. I use attachment-based, structural, and narrative therapy to help clients understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and build practical skills. Together, we create a safe space to process experiences, develop resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting growth. Life can feel overwhelming, and asking for help isn't always easy. I believe every person's story deserves to be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect. My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
