My practice is centered on care that is non-judgemental, client-led, compassionate and deeply attuned to you and your needs, often with a splash of humor. My aim in working with people is to find and encourage strengths, accept and support areas of need and help you come to a deeper understanding of yourself and your place in the world. I find that suffering often arises out of misunderstandings within oneself, within relationships or as a result of societal structures which we will work together to bring into the light and create systems for managing sustainably. I offer eclectic, existential therapy using tools based in mindfulness self-compassion, CBT, ACT and parts theories. I also bring in knowledge in areas around nervous system regulation, like neurocognitive functioning/neuroscience, nutrition, spiritual connection and cultural awareness. I come to this relational work with humility, acknowledging that you are the expert on yourself and your experience, and that my role is to support, listen deeply and reflect with you in collaboration. I would be genuinely happy to connect with you in your journey of self-understanding and development.
