I’m Hannah Beattie, LCSW, and I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating trauma, attachment wounds, people-pleasing patterns, and challenges with self-worth. I'm also passionate about supporting individuals exploring late diagnoses of ADHD or autism. My background is in social work, and I have extensive experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and individuals impacted by child abuse. I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to helping clients better understand their experiences and move toward meaningful healing. I take a relational and authentic approach to therapy. I’m real with my clients—supportive, but also direct when it’s helpful—because meaningful change often happens in honest conversations. I tailor therapy to each person, integrating approaches like cognitive strategies, trauma-informed parts work, somatic techniques, and DBT skills. My goal is to help you better understand yourself while also developing tools that make day-to-day life feel more manageable.
