You may feel stuck in patterns driven by anxiety, OCD, or past experiences—working hard to function while feeling overwhelmed inside. Some clients come in with a lot of insight, while others simply know that something isn’t working. Either way, you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. I provide specialized, affirming therapy for teens and adults seeking meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and focused on building insight together, at a pace that supports your nervous system, identity, and goals. I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety disorders, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. I take a neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+-affirming approach and am comfortable working with autistic and neurodivergent clients. Therapy is individualized and may include ERP, EMDR, ACT, ICBT, SPACE, RO-DBT, and trauma-informed, parts-based work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Utah with experience in various mental health settings since 2016 and specialized work in OCD and anxiety since 2020. I pursue ongoing training to provide high-quality, ethical, and effective care. My work is private-pay, which allows for greater flexibility, individualized care, and a strong focus on evidence-based treatment. I also accept Bishop pay for those seeking services within that structure. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. We'll work at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system while still gently challenging patterns that keep you stuck. My goal is to help you build insight, flexibility, and skills you can actually use in your daily life while lowering the impact of anxiety, trauma, and stress. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve tried before or worry about being misunderstood. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, supported, and gently challenged at a pace that feels right for you. If you’re looking for specialized, affirming care and wondering if we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out.
