I began working as therapist after a decade-long career as an administrative staff member for various non-profits and universities around the country. In my work as a therapist, I specialize in working with women of all ages who find themselves at a crossroads with their identity. Whether it is career shifts, changes in relationships, or a desire to deepen self-understanding - I enjoy assisting others as they reconnect more deeply and authentically with their life. I also deeply enjoy working with folks who find themselves at the intersection of CPTSD and their neurodivergent identity. Growing up in local theaters, I have spent a lifetime involved in the arts and indulging in my creativity. This is something that I also incorporate into my therapeutic work whether it is through expressive arts activities, somatic-based movements and exercises, and even incorporating music as a framework both within and outside the therapeutic space. When I'm not working, I can usually be found behind a pottery wheel, enjoying a visit to the museum with my husband, or cuddled up with my dogs and cat.
