I often work with thoughtful people who at times struggle with guilt, shame, trauma, or difficulty with vulnerability. Therapy is a space to explore patterns, gain clarity, and understand yourself more deeply with an emphasis on curiosity. During sessions, it's my intention to show up consistently, calmly, and intentionally, reflecting what I see while moving at a pace that feels right for you. We work together as a team to co-create the experience in which we can lean into self-understanding and the potential for change. My work involves exploring patterns and difficult experiences, but also paying attention to the emotional and relational dynamics in the room, ie., how you connect with yourself and what comes up in our work together. My responses are intentional, reflecting what I notice while supporting you in feeling understood and connected both in and out of therapy. I have deep respect for those who seek to better understand themselves and hope for you to find a space where you feel encouraged in that growth. If you wonder if we might be a good fit, we can talk to get an idea of it and answer any questions you might have.
