Therapy is a space where you can be fully yourself and be met with compassion and respect. I believe that creating a healing and emotionally responsive environment best allows my clients to feel empowered and supported. I work collaboratively with clients to recognize their abilities through a combination of cognitive-behavioral (CBT), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), existential, and strengths-based techniques. A strong therapeutic relationship is imperative in this work. I aspire to form trusting, meaningful, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationships in my role as a clinician.
