Hi, I’m Hannah, and I’m glad you’re here. I provide therapy for teens, young adults, and children, with a focus on relationship stress, ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and school-related challenges. I offer a warm, supportive space where clients can feel understood while building confidence, coping skills, emotional awareness, and healthier communication patterns. I use a person-centered approach and incorporate Adlerian therapy and CBT to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while exploring personal strengths, family dynamics, and relationship patterns. I specialize in working with children ages six and up, adolescents, and young adults navigating life transitions, relational stress, and executive functioning challenges. I offer free 15-minute phone or Telehealth consultations to help determine if we’re a good fit.
