A lot of people I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer work, which makes a lot of sense given what life looks like right now. The world feels loud, fast, and heavy, and many people are trying to function while carrying anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, self-doubt, or unresolved past experiences. You might be used to holding it together, pushing through, or taking care of everyone else before yourself, even when you’re exhausted. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform or pretend you’re fine. It’s a place to slow down, feel supported, and finally have space for you. My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I don’t believe you need to be fixed, you need to be understood. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you, notice patterns that feel stuck or overwhelming, and work toward changes that feel realistic and supportive. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. I bring a warm, compassionate and practical style to therapy, drawing from DBT, ACT, and CBT while keeping the relationship at the center. If you’ve felt unseen, worn down, or like you’re carrying too much, you’re not alone. Reaching out can feel scary, especially if you’re used to being the strong one. If this resonates, I’d love to see if we’re a good fit.
