As a fully licensed therapist with 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I’m passionate about helping individuals understand themselves more deeply, break unhelpful patterns, and move toward lasting change. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and practical; I believe therapy should feel like a safe place where you can be fully yourself while also gaining tools to navigate life with more clarity and confidence. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps you identify the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll explore how these patterns developed, how they show up in your daily life, and how to shift them in ways that support your emotional well-being. CBT is active and skills-focused, which means you’ll learn strategies you can immediately apply both in and outside of sessions. In addition to CBT, I also draw from the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. This approach helps you connect with different “parts” of yourself so you can understand their roles and begin to heal from the inside out. Clients often describe me as warm, engaged, and easy to talk to. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity concerns, or patterns you’re ready to change, I’m here to support you with respect, authenticity, and evidence-based care.
