Introduction

My name is Hannah Harren, Licensed Professional Counselor, RN, and founder of The Haven Mental Health Counseling. At The Haven, I provide practical, evidence-based therapy for children and adults navigating burnout, overwhelm, grief, anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more. I have a special interest in women's mental health, narcissistic abuse recovery, and support to the exhausted healthcare worker. I am passionate about creating a space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward. And remember, you are welcome. Just as you are.
