Introduction

Whether you feel like you cannot escape the mental torture of OCD, you're wading through the paralyzing effects of past trauma, feel trapped in the confines of depression, are experiencing cyclical relational patterns that keep you feeling stuck, or you find yourself needing help wrestling with spiritual concerns, looking for healing from religious trauma or abuse, or seeking hope, purpose, and peace, my door is open to you. I specialize in issues of spirituality, trauma, religious trauma, religious OCD (scrupulosity), OCD, anxiety, divorce, depression, and marriage. I am a Trauma-Informed Care Practitioner and offer treatment based on the principles of CBT, IFS, and ERP for those with OCD. I see children, adolescents, and adults. It is my greatest desire for clients to be met with empathy and feel seen and safe, opening up avenues of finding hope as I come alongside them on their healing journey.
