Hey there, I’m Hannah! I work with teens and families, couples navigating major life transitions, student athletes, and professionals in high-pressure work environments. I am a member of the sports medicine community in ND and am working toward my PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision. Therapy isn’t a straight line; every journey is different and each person works through things at their own pace. My clients typically find greater self-awareness and confidence, and have tools they can use in their lives and families to overcome problems and thrive again. I believe everyone has a chapter in their story that serves as a turning point and a defining moment. Professionally, I am oriented towards family systems and trauma recovery. I work with individuals with eating disorders, including orthorexia and atypical bulimia. I have experience teaching and presenting and hope to inspire others with my love of learning. I am a mom of 3, aspiring marathon runner, and transplanted farm girl. My path has been anything but typical. When you walk into my office, I hope you feel hope and warmth. You don’t have to face things by yourself anymore; we will work together to write your next chapter and help you find the inner strength you need to love yourself and thrive again.
