Introduction

With experience in academic, non-profit, clinical inpatient and private practice settings, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Restoration Therapy, and attachment-based approaches, along with specialized training in perinatal mental health. I enjoy supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life transitions and the challenges that often accompany them—anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, and communication difficulties. I also serve as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor for pre-licensed professionals in Tennessee. In a world that seems to change faster than we can keep up with, many of us long to feel deeply rooted. We want clarity in tough decisions, confidence in choosing our battles, and the ability to cultivate joy rather than constantly chase after it. My goal is to help clients understand what they want for their future and identify manageable steps to get there. Through our work together, you’ll develop tools to manage anxiety, depression, and the stressors of everyday life. By clarifying your values and priorities, you can move into each new stage of life with clarity, confidence, and a grounded sense of purpose—the kind that grows when your roots run deep.
