Hannah is a licensed associate clinical mental health counselor who believes healing begins with feeling seen, known, and cared for—especially in life’s messy and tender moments. She works with children, teens, young adults, and families to foster emotional health, resilience, and self-awareness. Hannah holds an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a B.A. in Health Communication from Davidson College. Her relational, client-centered approach draws on evidence-based methods including play-based interventions, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, and somatic practices, tailored to each client’s unique needs. With experience in teen residential treatment, coordinating healthcare and educational programs, and contributing to research on play therapy, trauma-informed care, neurodivergent resilience, and mental health equity, Hannah brings a systems-informed perspective that considers how family dynamics, school pressures, cultural identity, and development intersect. Hannah meets clients with warmth, empathy, and curiosity, supporting them through anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and challenges with emotional regulation. She is passionate about helping clients uncover strengths they didn’t know they had and reconnect with what matters most.
